Today was "East Village" Day. After looking at absolutely every apartment in FiDi, TriBeCa (all three of them under $900k) and Battery "how much parquet flooring could there possibly be in the world?" Park, we decided to branch out and start looking at some open houses in the East Village, where we had heard we could find great space below $1000/sq ft even though the Converse All-Stars/sq. foot was still quite high.

In a span of 4 hours, we attended the following open houses:

99 Avenue B, #PHBC
99 Avenue B, #2F
111 4th Avenue, #5C
111 4th Avenue, #2F
111 4th Avenue, #6J
30 East 9th Street, #3J
77 East 12th Street, #9
